MUAY THAI AND KICKBOXING TRAINING

Learn how to fight and defend yourself or push your fitness to the max with Muay Thai!

 

Beginners will learn the main strikes including punches, kicks, elbows and knees and will gradually build these together.

 

Existing practitioners will work on honing their skills and improving their performance, learning more advanced techniques and increasing the pace.

BOXING TRAINING

Learn to box, improve your skills or push yourself on the pads with boxing!

 

Beginners will be basic boxing techniques and then start to weave these into combinations, including footwork, defence and head movement.

 

More advanced boxers will be focused on pad work and conditioning to sharpen up their skills and improve their speed, power and movement.

Intense Training

STRENGTH, WEIGHT AND FITNESS TRAINING (Personal Training)

Personal training focused on achieving your goals, whether that be weight loss to improve your fitness or to build muscle and shape your body. Sessions can include strength training, cardio, boxing and Thai boxing and nutritional advice depending on what individuals goals and needs are and what will best suit you.

Workout with Ropes

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

This is aimed at those looking to increase their athletic performance, whether they be a fighter or athletes in other sports such as football and netball. The focus is on improving your performance including speed, power, explosivity, and acceleration but also on building strength and conditioning to improve reliance and prevent injuries.

 

If you're in your off-season and looking for some pre-season training, then this is for you.

ONLINE TRAINING

Want to work out by yourself but need some help starting or planning some new workouts? Then this is for you.

Strength workouts, cardio plans or a mixture of both are written for you to use and with myself here to monitor your progress and keep you on the right track.
