Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with UK consumer law, clients have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase if sessions were purchased online or via other distance methods, unless the services have already commenced. If the client wishes to cancel within this period and services have not yet begun, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds for Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused sessions outside the 14-day cooling-off period are generally not available. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the trainer for circumstances such as medical issues or other unforeseen events. Proof of such circumstances may be required.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refunds for Package Purchases

  • Package Sessions: Once a session package is purchased and any part of the package is used, refunds will not be provided for the remaining sessions unless under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the trainer.

  • Unused Packages: For unused packages where services have not yet begun and are cancelled after the cooling-off period, partial refunds may be considered. A reasonable administration fee may apply.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Medical Conditions: In the event that a client is unable to continue their sessions due to a medical condition, a partial or full refund may be considered, provided that medical documentation is supplied.

  • Force Majeure: In cases where services cannot be delivered due to events beyond the control of the trainer (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or rescheduling of sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disputes

If a client is unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, they are encouraged to discuss this with the trainer in the first instance. Every effort will be made to resolve any disputes amicably and fairly.

6. Changes to Policy

This refund policy is subject to change at any time, with all updates communicated in writing to clients. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that purchase.
